	Story Behind the Song My favorite part of songwriting is making rhymes, especially silly ones. I also love puns and poetry, so "Longfellow" was a way to stitch all that together into a song, with a real stinky-pun for the hook. Lyrics Wish I was a poet, speaking words in rhyme, Poetry means more to me than them words of other kinds. If I was a poet, I'd quip a fancy phrase.
