	Story Behind the Song This song is basically about recognizing patterns that develop in life,addictions.. Doing something and then telling yourself you are going to stop, but then after a while you want to go back to how you were, and you almost don't even really remember why you stopped -- until you do it again, and then the cycle continues. The song was written in my house, originally on guitar, and then reworked with synthesizers. It took approximately a week or so to get all the parts down, and determine what would be played by guitar in the final mix, etc.. In the studio, the instruments and keyboards were recorded in one day, and vocals were done on the second day. Then it took an addition 3 or 4 more days after that just for mixing because it was very difficult to get the right feel and groove for this track. Lyrics Sometimes I find myself not wanting this but somehow its all I do and sometimes I think about my happiness and it equals out to you 'cause time keeps me from knowing why and not knowing makes me wanna try for you 'Cause you remind me of that day when I couldn't stay away from this and you remind me of the way that you made me feel that day sweet bliss Sometimes I find myself breaking my vows but somehow I just don't care 'Cause sometimes I think that I don't need them now and I want to go back there 'cause time keeps me from knowing why and not knowing makes me wanna try for you 'Cause you remind me of that day when I couldn't stay away from this and you remind me of the way that you made me feel that day sweet bliss.
