	Released on our self titled demo EP, recorded at Oceanway Studios virtually in 1 take on 1st of October, 2002. This song is about the irrational emotions that occur from isolation, especially at dusk. A moody, atmospheric song... metal but with elements of ambient.

	Story Behind the Song This song tells the story of how paranoia can consume at the fall of dusk! It's personal, but I'm sure many can relate to it. The music took me about a day to write, but additions have been put onto it from months of practicing. The guitar solo and lyrics however, took much longer to compose. It was recorded on the same day as the whole demo was, in one take for the basic tracks + more time for patching things up, making little alterations, doubling parts, etc. Lyrics The last of the sun’s light is drowned in a cloud And it’s death is mourned by the galloping wind Darkness creeps over like a menacing frown As the undead moon slits my soul within Paranoid thoughts shoot through my brain And I think of reasons why I’d die tonight Inner demons haunt my wretched soul Twisting! Toiling! Slashing! Raping! Dark like the night! Morbid wounds are healed, Binding scars revealed, Inner soul fulfilled! The world is a very different place at dusk Anxiety spreads like a plague Walking the streets drunk with bitter thoughts It’s the only way I feel half sane If only I could see you now I’d punch you in the face To give you back the hate I’ve saved for years But now I sleep awake as my mind walks on This feeling is taking over! Silent is the hour of the aftermath Black shadow of my thoughts now dead The haunting voice within has left me alone Left me to face my reality This voice is in everyone some more than others It makes you think dark like the night So if you’re walking late one eve just beware And don’t let paranoia take you...
