	This song is cut from the mold of most heavy metal songs in the early to mid 80's. It's got Mike Hudson's powerful vocals and some incredible soloing by Troy Stetina. (Read the "Song Story" for more info.)

	Story Behind the Song I wrote this song in '84 and it may have been the 1st original song included in our live set. I couldn't come up with a solo section for the song and asked Troy to take a solo section out of one of the songs he had written a few years prior. It was the addition that really makes the song. My girlfriend at the time accused me of stealing the title from a Prince song from Purple Rain, although I hadn't heard it on the Prince album. The song, eventually recorded in the fall of '85 is basically about getting through high school in one piece. [Comments by Mike Carper] Lyrics ...do your homework? Civil War?
