Story Behind the Song
This was written back when Matt, Troy, Chris and Justin Smith (not in F.N.P.) were all in Unscathed. The first part of the song contains references to the old Unscathed songs, as "Juxtaposed" was a satire of Unscathed itself.
Lyrics
Isolated again by my own self,
point to position of atrophy,
fight for possession of my life,
second taste of victory.
Never ending eternal fighting with
good and evil in parity,
and the source lies in the writing
failure despite dexterity.
I waste my whole life, searching for things that might...
Hours of health cannot compare to the seconds of despair.
Here I am, back where I started from,
not alone, but not complete,
reunited with the prodigal son of sorts,
at a loss with the people I meet.
So much like the way I remember this,
no one but myself to blame,
no hope of finding my way,
the more things change, the more they stay the same.
I waste my whole life, searching for things that might....
Cancer created by more than one survives, and is sustained by less than five.
