    Story Behind the Song
The title tells when, but here's the why: It was snowing (I think). She was in New England. I was stuck in Baltimore. It was cold. I drank some wine. I felt bad. I wrote a song. I still felt bad. At least I got a good song out of it. And a good buzz off the wine.

Radio Caroline is a great folk-rock band from Baltimore. Check them out if you get the chance!
