Emma McGlynn has a breathy, honest and aching vocals delivering like the very , most neo-folk sounds of Ani DiFranco. In this, she also recalls the sounds of Australia's Diana Ah Naid. An exquisite four-song EP of post-folk songwriting that rises above coffeehouse amateurism into a very sophisticated and memorable realm. -Thomas Schulte (Outsight)

Story Behind the Song
Originally a song for Emma's old band Monotone, Emma completely rewrote it when she started performing solo. Technically Monotone's old label probably own the lyrics but they'd only spend the royalties on coke so they can't have it.
