	Story Behind the Song The band was formed in August 2000 in a small Estonian town Haapsalu. We’re playing own written instrumental music.. Members of Melotrap are at the age of 25 to 28 and previousely have played in several other bands (punk, metal, grunge) and we have some experiences both in gig playing and studio work. Just one of us have learn in musical school and none of us is professinal musician.. Some of our friends have described our music as “romantic guitarmusic”. That’s not wrong but we have songs more close to real life too. Our music is tending to fade away in style (pop-rock, ethnic, progressive, blues, funk, heavy), but we take it not as minus, rather it’s more interesting for us to play songs in different moods, tempo and heaviness.
