	Story Behind the Song The song is about life in a small town called Arnprior and how all there is in Arnprior is many bars and a good deal of shinanigans. It took one take to do this song as the band decided as it was to be about hillbilly stereotypes it should sound somewhat funny. Lyrics It's the end of the month and the poogies in Let the drunken night begin you drive your tractor into town go to the Prior and buy yourself a round once your done at the good ole prior it's time to set the night on fire a bunch of hillbillies with their guns small town folk it's lots of fun Race their cars drive them drunk bubba don't fit he goes in the trunk full of country music and atmosphere and shit loads lots of beer the mad the madhouse used to be our stork now we have the county cork throw glen out onto the floor he's gonna dance with a whore for action and some live bands we head out to good ole mchanns sit at a table drink our beer we're getting tipsy we are done here there's a couple place to go where we can find some hoes we go to hazards for a dance all the girls there are big tramps so we go to elgin street pub for nice looking waitress which serve the pub our night is done the welfares spent now we have to pawn of stuff for the rent but Arnprior is still better then Renfrew
