	The #1 traditionnal folk song from Alsace (northeastern France) strikes back in this newly remastered dance version ! A melody dating back to several centuries (the oldest known writings telling about that song date back to 1619!) that still kicks today. A good way to keep up a vivid tradition ! Please notice that there is no political idea behind this track, it's just for the fun ! Hans em Schnaugaloch has always been a party music and the only reason I made this track for is to have fun and to have other people have fun :-)

	Story Behind the Song This track has a long history...It's the 1st song I learned when I was 3 years old, from an old grandmother in town (every child in Alsace is taught to sing that traditional song). In 1995, I got the idea to remix it for an Amiga Protracker 4-channels competition in Denmark and made the 1st dance version of that song. New versions appeared in 1997 and 2000, this latest one being still available from this mp3.com page. 2 years later, in 2002, a new show called "Douce France" appeared on french TV, speaking of funny things that are specific to the various regions of France. They contacted me, asking for the right to play the 2000 edit of the track. I told them a new version was underway and completed it for them. And so was born Hans em Schnaugaloch (Quackery mix 2002) ! Hope you will like it ! Notice that, as I said in the general description of the track, there is no political idea in this track.
