	Story Behind the Song The title is based on something I heard someone say, except instead of 'Babe' they said 'Kate.' Kate is a friend of mine, but this song isn't about her. But that line inspired a melody, so I wrote a whole song around it. The whole song's chord progression was completed before I had any idea what the lyrics would be about. I eventually decided to write about someone I knew in college who was a good friend but who then had a boost in popularity and made all new friends, but seemed to be leaving me behind. So it says "Good for you that you're on this new path, but remember who your original friends are." The "Think, think of me" bridge is actually part of a completely different song I started years ago.
