Every time management needs my help to meet a due date, I turn it into a golden opportunity. Other workers get angry. I make them pay, and they are glad to do it, because they know I will get it done. Thats what makes it work for me. I Take a project and turn it into a guitar or bass. I have to give myself my own bonus, otherwise I would quit. We are all in control of our destinys. There are opportunities for us every day. We just need to reach out and grab them.
