	Story Behind the Song II - Allegretto The second movement (the first movement composed for this new trio) was written in Spokane, away from my home in Boise. It is a somewhat melancholy, freeform slow movement, consisting of pizzicato and long flowing melodies. The form is somewhat a ABCAB. The C section is a lyrical conversation between the instruments using a more dissonant harmonic vocabulary. The movement ends with pizzicato clusters.
