	Story Behind the Song This song was written early in 2002, at a time when the George W. Bush war machine was in the process of systematically destroying Afghanistan. R.Andy Polkinghorne produced a basic backing track in Newcastle and snail-mailed it to Melbourne where Alf Omega developed the musical ideas further and wrote these particularly biting lyrics, inspired by a lifetime of disgust at capitalism and U.S. imperialism.
