	Story Behind the Song Following the events of Sept. 11, our nation made it a goal to seek out "evil" and banish it from the face of the Earth. In this song, I question whether we are looking forward to a world of hope or to a world of more violence. Now that we are approaching the hallmark of Sept. 11, I find this song to be of even more importance. Watching news programs and hearing people's reactions, I do not believe that this country has progressed since these events. I still find the same narrow-minded attitudes of American nationalism rampant in both the media and the public at large.
