    Story Behind the Song
Ted heard a great song called 'Morning Star' sung by Nat King Cole in 'St. Louis Blues'. After July 4th shooting rampage in Chicago by a member of the so-called Universal Church of the Creator, Ted wrote the lyrics. After singing the lyrics to Tony, Tony came up with a simple Lennon-esque chord progression on piano and laid down some very Ringo Plastic Ono Band drums. The song is offered as a way of raising awareness and/or funds for Anti-Hatred groups, including the Burned Churches Fund. The lyrics appeared in rave magazine Lotus in the October 1999 issue.

    Lyrics
Go and tell the sheep/creator made us all
Go and tell the people/no matter how great or small
We come in every color/come in every size
We only grow taller/when we realize
Realize the tolerance/that's in the creator's eyes
Go and tell the stream/that runs down the mountains breast
Go and tell the dream/that's beating inside your chest
The heart is only fuller/that won't keep us apart
Gp to that stream and holler/This is the place to start
Start to show the tolerance/that's in the creator's heart
