	Story Behind the Song "Queen Street" was inspired by a late night walk through the streets of Toronto. The life on Queen street is electric after midnight. Cars cruising.....bands playing in the bars......vagrants and squeegy kids,finding some comfort in the atmosphere...escaping the reality that holds them tight during the daylight hours. Looking deeper, some have become seduced and fallen to the evils that the underworld of the city. This song was one of the easiest for me to write....the muses were on my side that day. The open tuned guitar adds the right texture for the song. I hope you enjoy it. Lyrics The coats,white collars and ties,have all left for the day. Now it's time for the squeegies to play. This sidewalk village turns on it's light's. Down here after dark...everything is alright. Worlds collide ..as the boarders glide. dreams ignite as fancy takes flight. music cascades from all the cracks...it's hard and it's soft it's reckless it's lost but it packs quite a punch to the soul. so meet me as the new dawn breaks on queen street...flush out your soul and rock and roll on queen street. Don't sleep baby you might miss something...get into the action put on your nose ring....hold me tight and don't let go....we'll rock 'till the morning watch the sun come up slow. The only reality here is the escape...night feeds the hunger of today's youth. Fantasy is played out on the streets of this town. but, be carefull not to get swallowed up for i'm afraid you'll drown. chorus...........
