	Story Behind the Song A somewhat depressing song about self-empowerment. In many ways it's about accepting AND rejecting all things at once--kinda Zen Buddha b.s. or something. Unlike your typical "break-up" song, this one seems to come from our internal want to break up with ourselves, leave ourselves behind for a better us. But we're always the same, so we have to deal with it that way--the feeling that we're always "chasing that shadow".
