	Movement three "The Axiom" is a return to the "questions" raised in movement one and is in the same sustained style. The theme is based on the movement one theme given out in the first appearance of the solo violin. It runs into movement four "Revocation", without pause. The development consists of themes from all the previous movements. Eventually it dies down to the second part of four,"Redemption". After and extended development based also on the first solo violin theme from movement one, the main them from one returns and the piece ends as it begins but in a much more peaceful tone.
