	Story Behind the Song There are boulevards in East Los Angeles where the classiest thing going is a decked out low-rider Impala with the windows down and the boom box stereo amps pulsing the rhythm. This tune was written thinking about the hot summer days when I happened to pass by the scene described above and stopped for a moment to watch and observe... but not for too long.
