Story Behind the Song
Awe yes, my first time putting music to film, what an experience. I can honestly say, even though it wasn't much, it was an honor scoring Lon Chainey's every move in "He who got Smacked." The story for this cue basically goes along the lines of psychotic circus revenge. Our friend, the tormented clown, has had a rough life in the circus, and it’s all thanks to these two menacing men. So on this special occasion he sneaks into there den, knowing that he has a lion ready for there surprise, he shocks them with his arrival and prepares a bitter and sweat toast to he who laughs last. Its a clown with an attitude, laughing maniacally and enjoying his time of revenge on those who have given him reason to cry.
enjoy.
