	Story Behind the Song Inspired by the telemarketing interruptions during dinner or the weekend mornings, we wrote this song to capture that feeling you have when you*re stuck in a conversation that you wish could be over before it started. Using the telemarketing metaphor as guide for our thoughts, the thing that annoyed us most is the immediate familiarity someone tries to employ when they know nothing more about you than your name and, in this case, your phone number. Since writing the initial lyrics, the song has become an anthem for suffering through those insufferable sods who suck up your time and energy without any justification, except that they want something from you. We say you don't need those punk ass chumps in your life and neither do we.
