	Story Behind the Song The motivation for this song comes from the times in your life where you feel the only way to solve things and feel better is through extreme violence. The lyrics are clear in intent. It didn't take that long to write as it was based on personal experiences - maybe around an hour or so to fit all the parts together. Although like most songs you chop and changes the lyrics to fit how you want to sing the song. The song was recorded in two takes as were the vocals.
