	Story Behind the Song This song was a poem written by Jesse Janzen. It's about a young man who had been on top of the world, then life threw him some curves. He was so down he was contemplating suicide, but didn't want his friends to know how he felt. Friends know though, and they reach out sometimes and make all the difference. The music was composed and performed by Chris Hughes. This was his first composition, done in the spring of 2001 after three months of teaching himself piano. He sang and played piano. He recorded it at home this summer, adding his guitar and finally a midi orchestra. He has been recording for 9 months now and completed his first CD this month with 10 songs.
