	Story Behind the Song Also known as Gott, Durch Deine Güte. The original Chorale is first sounded on a combination of Oboe, English Horn, Clarinet and Bassoon. Then the prelude has been rearranged for Flute, English Horn, Bassoon with the Trombone used for the melody originally played on the organ pedal division. Lyrics German: Gottes Sohn ist kommen uns Allen zu Frommen hie auf diesen Erden in armen Geberden, dass er uns von Sünde freie und entbinde.
