You wont always find the good stuff at the top. The "Crowd of 3" refers to mp3. My friend, Cari is responsible for the music, which inspired me to come up with the lyric, melody and vocals. (This song is a derivative of Caris' "Station Earth.") Cari is presently working on a remix of this song and he has a lot more fantastic electronic/pshycadelic instumentals at mp3.com/cari This song is my second internet collaboration, (check out Skutchs' "Hooker" for my first, at mp3.com/skutch )

    Story Behind the Song
This story is interesting and deserves to be told. My mp3.com artist friend from Japan Cari emailed me and said he had uploaded a new song to his site called "Station Earth," so I listened to it, and straight away this melody pops into my head. I email Cari and ask him if I can record a collaboration. I say to him that the lyrics I am starting to write are about years of frustration of slogging it out on stages and in life in general as a singer/songwriter, the desperation, anguish and frustration, a sort of "The artist strikes back at indifference" sort of song
Cari says sure, go for it, (as he is Japanese, his English doesnt exactly come out with that much lucidity, but he said words to that effect anyway.)
He also said that he wrote "Station earth" about the Israeli Palestinian conflict, because he thought it was so absurd that there was so much hatred and fighting in such a holy place, and he had a vision that the area must be some sort of a "station" for some sort of interplanetary conflict/ beings from out of space.

I actually had recently read a book about that very idea called "Bringers of the dawn" so I tended to agree with him....I agree that its just too wierd for so much hate and violence to be occuring in such sacred, holy places ....so the song is sort of an artists frustration, anguish and desperation set against the backdrop of global/interplanetary wierdness...can You dig it?

    Lyrics
    Never Heard About Me.

    Singer sings her songs again
The crowd of 3 disperses as they pick holes in the perfect gift she gave
They can find more on the internet
Its quick and free and they can get
Pieces of The Tiny Star that isn't
    There yet

    What could I be?
If you never heard about me?

He sits inside his studio and with his hands hes' making gold
But maybe its too bright for you to see?
Its shines enough to warm his heart
And so he makes another part
Of the masterpiece that you'll never
    Deem worthy....eeeee....

    What could he be?
If you never heard, never heard, never heard....
What more do you want from me?

    Instrumental interlude.

    MIDDLE 8
So next time you taste the tart in the fruit of someone elses art
Do you like it less because its free?
Is it just that you don't know me yet is my face too easy to forget
What is it that will make my song worthy?

    What could I be?
If you never heard never never heard about me,
That's what you keep telling me
What good could I possibly be
If You never heard about me?
Feel free to pick all your holes in me,
Cause after all, you never heard about me..
So who could I possibly be?
You never heard never heard, never heard about me.
How Good could I possibly be?
You never heard you never heard you never heard
