Linda wrote lyrics and provided vocals and I came up with the drum beat and threw some guitar and bass at it. 	Story Behind the Song I am currently lamenting the state of affairs in the world that we live in. It's easy to sit back and watch the world change around us, often times for the worst. Sometimes I sit and wonder if there is a way to change any of it and I often resume my sitting and watching. I had a notion today as a matter of fact, while sitting at my desk when I should have been doing something desinged to make someone some money. What if............. The oh so scary what if. What if there was a way, being that music sometimes has the power to transcend cultures and barriers that formal or informal spoken communication cannot- to create a day- we have earth day, blah blah blah day, etc. where musicans all across the world from all different cultures, at the exact same time prayed for peace and change in the world through their instrument for one hour. What an undertaking, pessimism flows already from even me. The internet, maybe. Maybe it's the only chance we as a human species have to communicate with people outside of our immediate language barrier on a wide scale basis. Why am I sending this email to you you may ask. I don't have the answer to that question. Maybe you do. Maybe if nothing else, we sometimes have the power to influence the way other people think in a positive way.
