	Story Behind the Song The second part of our Jesus trilogy. This trilogy muses on the spiritual implications of a Jesus-type figure appearing in a the modern setting of Las Vegas, and the reactions of the people who meet him. In this song, he has already managed to walk out of the desrt and into Vegas, and appears in Caesar's casino to bring down the temple, only nobody wants to listen to him. Song written in the house. Probably took about 3 weeks to write. The recording took about 2 hours, and the mix took about 3 hours. This is probably our 3rd take. Lyrics In this city of the night I found myself inside a temple filled with neon lights I go blind from this shining lie.
