	Story Behind the Song This was one of the first songs I recorded over a year ago. It was written during the Ice Storm of 1985. Out of power for over a week, in the dead of winter with no running water, and the smell of gasoline on my hands every day from filling up an old generator, my wife to-be in PA, how bad could it get?
