	Story Behind the Song This song was one of our best pieces, divided into 2 movements. We tried to utilize our talents to write a song that would drive emotions within the listener and by the end of the song make them want to kick somebody's a**! Then reach pure serenity in the 2nd movement. Lyrics Decay and disease solutions, cure mind's ease but with each problem solved our ways of life will disolve the scale's sway fade deeper into decay into decay we slip away (chorus) And so the focus has now strayed As simplicity slips away simplicity slips away and what of the focus a fading grasp a hand that chokes us to suffer is to find divinity to truly hate is to become your enemy (repeat chorus) The shadows of truth conceal Mocking the simplistic values of existence Obsession, truth revealed Divine purpose interpreted as resistence
