This song captures Brainfang's feelings about the renegade Chinese fish which is currently eating its way through Washington D.C.

    Story Behind the Song
The Northern Chinese Snakehead is a foreign predator to the Eastern Seaboard. It must be stopped before it reproduces into epidemic proportions. This song is a call to arms against this nasty, semi-amphibious fish.
The song was recorded on a Tascam 8 track reel to reel, 1/2" tape. We used all 8 tracks (ooooh! ahhh!). The mix was done straight into a PC via an analog mixer. The recording took less time than the mixing. The whole thing was written, demoed, edited, recorded, mixed and MP3'd in about a week!

    Lyrics
    the northern Chinese snakehead
    the next red scare
    half fish all monster
    aqualife beware.

    belly to the pavement
    pectorals working hard
    he'll eat your goldfish
    then scamper thru your yard.

    the killer fish
    the jutting jaw
    the killer fish
    the toothy maw.

    Frankenfish Frankenfish
    get the hell out
    Snakehead spawning.

    Spawn of Snakehead
    that we fear
    The Spawn of Snakehead
    get 'em outta here!

    Hide the housecat
    bring the babies inside.
    Snakehead on the loose
    Hello can we hide?

    He's the red-neck Chinafish
    with indiscriminate gullet
    20 pounds of fury
    with the aquamatic mullet.

    it's the Spawn of Snakehead
    that we fear
    The Spawn of Snakehead
    get them outta here!

    It's a nasty nasty fish.
    40 inches of Chinese dynomite.
