	Started off with the beginning guitar part and the words Thick of It. Started to come together then I realized what the title meant to me, basically don't take any crap, not necessarily a fight but stand up for what you are, especially against the attitude guys out there. The bullies are the 'Little Big Boys with their Daddy's toys"

	Story Behind the Song This song was written around and from the title, Thick of It, basically be pro-active about what you believe in. The music for the song came together as I wrote it, the chorus was changed because the other one which was similar sounded kind of cheezy. I purposely sang it this way, that is without straining my voice because I wanted to do it so I could naturally sing it every night. The chorus in this song is at the top of my vocal range.
