	Davis was one of the main composers and guitarists for the popular 60's group: B. Bumble & The Stingers. Much of the B. Bumble catalog consisted of classical favorites, rearranged for rock versions. Years later, Jan was afraid a guitar sonata with funk might give classical buffs a heart attack, but fans said, "Why not find out?" P.S. As far as we know, nobody died.

	Story Behind the Song Jan tells it like it is: "When I was in my twenties, I wrote and recorded my first classical album, "Jan Davis Plays Flamenco & Classical Guitar Solos." Among the titles was my Third Sonata... a few years later, I decided to add a little 'funk' to spice it up, and this song was born."
