	Story Behind the Song This song took me several months to complete was originally composed on my piano. It already represented something to me when I first started it: memories of my first love, my first serious relationship, happy memories, painful memories, sad memories, angry memories, memories in general. When I finally got it down on my computer, I knew that it needed more, so I backed it up with some strings and a solo cello, which gave the song so much more emotion. I then decided, just for fun, to play along with my flute - I knew it was missing something, whether it be a vocal or instrumental melody, but something needed to go along with the piano melody, and since no lyrics came to me for this song, the flute was the perfect fit. After many takes, I was finally able to record my final version of the song and think it is one of my best pieces. ***The difference between the flute in this song and some of my previous songs is that it is not a computer soundfont - it is actually me playing my flute.***
