Story Behind the Song
I wrote this song after I messed up the best thing I ever had. I had the perfect girl; beautiful, smart, funny, fun to be around---and I messed it up. I wrote this as a reflection on what had happened.

Lyrics
SARA by Scott Baragar
---------------------
I lost myself in your smile,
And the way you raised my inner child.
You always brought out the best in me,
That's why it hurts to see you gone.
CHORUS:
I need you Sara. Come back to me.
I made a mistake, won't you set me free,
From this prison cell where you've thrown away the key.
You mean too much to me.
Don't let this thing ruin what we've had.
It wasn't you, it was me.
I wasn't right like you'd have me be.
I hurt the girl that I swore I'd never leave.
And now that you've left me,
I know what I need.
CHORUS
I know you're confused, there's good reason to be.
This bond that we share also confuses me.
But I know I've never felt so strong about a girl.
All I want is to hold you and tell you, "You are my world."
CHORUS
