Story Behind the Song
After I had listened to Jazz (Bridges Of Madison County), I wrote these lyrics very quickly with a ballad in mind. In the end I used it for this Rock tune, which had been in my head for a while. It's been recorded by myself over the parts of 4 days. On vocals it's just myself.
Lyrics
4/4 - 126 in E
Come take my hand I'll walk, you to the moon.
Your silent eyes they say, that we're in tune.
Like growing grass our love goes, on it's way to touch the sky.
I feel your breath when your lips, come close to mine, I'm getting high.
The way you walk and pose, you are my Queen.
And when you smile you send, shivers down my skin.
Then when our bodies touch we, feel the heat yeah, we're on fire.
We still the hunger of our, inner passion, till we tire.
love is a star, a diamond in the sky, so precious money cannot buy.
And in our hearts, we feel it and we know, when we're touched by that starry diamond glow.
