	Story Behind the Song When I was a kid, I saw an attraction at the state fair called the "Wall of Death". It was a large cylindrical construction within which live monkeys raced go-carts and mini-bikes around and around upon perpendicular walls made of wood. One night there a crash and a monkey was killed. I put that smell of burnt monkey fur, and motor oil into this song. Theres a Dr. Seuss book called "Go, Dog, Go" in which various sized and colored dogs, in race cars, race to a large tree on top of which a wonderful birthday party is being held. Cake and ice cream is served. A good time is had by all. This story informs me of one of the most pervasive myths of society (guess which one). The sounds of those dogs driving race cars is in here. Those wind-up monkeys who crash cymbals together, they're in here too.
