	Story Behind the Song I spent a few years of my life stuck in some habits that were not the best, stuck in depression, and stuck in destructive behaviors. This piece is about the agony of those years, feeling imprisoned and alone in a terrifying cell. The music is very dark, dissonant, and repetitive on purpose. The monotony is there to express the monotony of a prison cell of depression.
