One track of low-attack time, high release time, basic square wave solo-ing. It goes for about 7 minutes or so, because, on average, people fall asleep after about 7 minutes of laying down and trying to sleep. Good song for sleep. (PS - AGAIN, TURN DOWN YOUR BASS BOOST. You'll know why. Quality not too great.) |

Story Behind the Song
This goes back to one vacation to New Hampshire. My friend's relatives live up there.(namely, his uncle) That time, I
brought up my Roland Alpha-Juno keyboard to jam on while I stayed there. At about 12:30-2:00AM, I was playing with this soft square wave sound on the keyboard. My friend's uncle was listening along and enjoyed my improvisation with this calm tone. He said that he would actually pay me good money if I made him a 60 minute album of 'stuff like that'. The melody was a kinda sadening, yet cooling sound that almost put your problems into perspective. It echoed the troubles I've had and what he (friend's uncle) had in the past. When I recorded this little jam, (I don't remember exactly what I did) it stirred up painful memories in the process. If my microphone was recording live at that point, you would probably hear me break down in tears. In the end, though, I put closure to it so that it seemed that after remembering it all, metaphorically, there was a sense of moving on. I loved that a lot! It wasn't ALL calm and depressing. (And to that man (friend's uncle) who originally inspired the idea, I dedicate this to you.)
