	This tells the story of a haunting I have expeirienced since I was a child, these spirits are always there whether they come from the darkest regions of my subconsience or some other place I dont know but everyone close to me feels or sees it, I wanted to write a song about them hence this song was born out of lots of contemplation and relection. I have always suffered from a intense depression all my life and whenever things are the darkest they always seem to show up and now they have their own song. With no guitar in it, something I have not done much since 96 but it is still a very atmospheric peice.
