My theory is that at night is when you feel the pain since the sunlight is gone and there are no more distractions. You concentrate and see yourself a 100%. People tend to see the uglyness more than the beauty; that's where the pain begins. Dancing is symbolizing moving forward, not losing site of your goal. When you you do this, nothing can effect you.
