	Story Behind the Song It's a song about a girl who's gone away and everything and now everythings a 'vicious circle'. Your unhappy so do something which makes it worse which makes you do this other thing more and thus your just getting more and more unhappy. Well thats the general idea anyway. Written and recorded in a few hours, all tracks by myself (James Womack) except drums which were done be the computer. Recorded on my computer at home so the productions not great but you get the general idea of the song.
