A high velocity, high intensity, crushing instrumental featuring odd time-signatures, heavy guitar, and virtuosic drumming. Why do you think it's called "Eleven?" |

Story Behind the Song
This song came together while playing guitar in a drop-C tuning, and just beating the shit out of it. It was originally created on acoustic guitar and later translated to electric. It was inspired by the rhythmically sophisticated work of Soundgarden. The first riff turned out to be in 11/4 so the challenge became to finish the song while staying in 11. The middle section switches to 11/8.
