	Story Behind the Song Silverwood is a small town in Michigan where my grandfather was born. His father was one of the Michigan pioneers that helped settle that great state. Since the railroad ceased servicing this area a number of years ago, it has gone back to the quiet sleepy days of the mid 1800s. This song represents what I feel when I go there - either in person or in my mind.
