	Story Behind the Song A long time ago in a high school (gasp) far far away, there was this chick who had us all eating out of her hand and didn't (or pretended not to) have any clue as to the power she wielded over our hearts and minds. I always had a suspicion that she knew exactly what she was doing, and the naive goofy exterior was all an act. Either way, this song was about control. I still like it's edgy atmosphere and accusatory posture, 7 years later. Lyrics can't you see inside of yourself what everyone sees and what everyone knows can't you see the way that you tempt us the fire burns and the tensions grow don't you feel the wrong inside of you do you think that I'm bizarre? we both know that you are the odd one we both know exactly what you are. twist and toy with your belongings we both know you're just insecure laugh and pretend that it's just a game but in your heart you're not so sure feel me out like I'm your puppet but I've cut my strings and now I'm free don't you know how to treat your equal we are the same open your eyes and see that all of us love in a different way but yours is the oddest way by far we both know that you are twisted we both know exactly what you are.
