	Story Behind the Song Note from the songwriter/producer... this is a true story of the patriotism of one naturalized citizen (my husband), based on experiences and conversations we've shared. The motivation for creating the song was the September 11th attack, but the inspiration was purely my husband. It is beautifully sung by Dawn Leaumont, a New Orleans native who has recently landed in Nashville, and impeccably arranged by the fantastic musician/arranger Lawrence Sieberth of New Orleans. ...
