Story Behind the Song
"No East Way" was derived from a set of real to life lyrics that were emailed to me last year by my internet friend Daryl Thompson. While still arranging the musical flow my drummer Steve and I recorded the basic piano percussion tracks on his Korg D8 on the first take. I added the 12 string guitar, bass, strings and vocals a few days later at
my Rain Or Shine studio. We had a good time recording this tune.
