	Story Behind the Song I wrote this song after sitting in a pub in Bend, Oregon with my pal Paul Moore. I came to realize that if it were not for my addiciton to responsibility, I could become a good drunk. We recorded this song musically, as a tribute to 50's rock n roll. Lyrics If I had the time I know I could be a good drunk Not the crying kind or a mean old punk I'd sit in dark bars and think about all kinds of junk I'd be a juke box poet I'd love words like rodeo Smoke too many cigarettes and every where I'd go Hard women would want me, even though I was a little bit vulnerable Oh!
