	Story Behind the Song this tune was inspired by the Scotland world cup squad that played in the 1978 world cup in Argentina. They left the country with the nation fully expecting them to return with sports greatest prize.Two weeks later they returned in disgrace having completly humiliated themselves and all of Scotland.I was 9 years old at the time and it was the first time I felt abject misery (the true essence of being born scottish)
