Love Me Look is a love song written about feelings that transcend the physical aspects of a relationship. It is probably the truest form of love when neither time, distance nor separation squelch the feeling one person has for another. | MP3.com CD: Wild Horses Run - buy it!

Story Behind the Song
The motivation was to convey the truest form of love. The lyrics mean that love can be so deep and so intense that nothing can destroy or dim the fires. Vicki Lei wrote this song in twenty minutes and recorded it in the studio in about one hour. Ms. Lei did a few takes on the bass line and a few vocal lines, but she knows her own music well enough that it is a somewhat short process.
Lyrics
Standing in a crowded room
People talk, they presume I m listening
To what they re saying.
But I see you and none else,
It s a feeling I can t describe,
It s right there in your eyes.
You get that Love Me Look
In your eyes.
It s the way you reach me
Without touching me.
If I never live to see another day
I won t forget they way
That you love me,
You love me with that look in your eye.
People say that love is best
With whispered words,
Soft caresses,
But they don t know
What we re feeling.
Cause in my heart s
Where your love lies,
It s a feeling I can t disguise,
It s right there in your eyes.
You get that Love Me Look
In your eyes.
It s the way you reach me
Without touching me.
If I never live to see another day,
I won t forget the way
That you love me,
You love me with that look in your eye.
